How coverage is confirmed
A city name in a service list is not enough to promise a crew, price or emergency arrival. Scheduling depends on the exact address, work type, current route, travel time, equipment, disposal plan and whether the job falls under Ontario or Quebec requirements.
Send the address early. It allows us to confirm the municipality, likely utility, route and whether the requested work is inside the current operating area before a visit is booked.
Ottawa and its suburban areas
Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean and Orleans are within the City of Ottawa, so the same municipal tree-protection framework may apply. The job conditions can still differ: compact urban lots, mature suburban canopy, Greenbelt edges, overhead services, parking, backyard gates and travel routes all affect planning.
The location page adds those practical conditions and links back to the citywide service pages. It does not duplicate the full removal, pruning or stump explanation.
Crossing into Gatineau
Gatineau is a separate jurisdiction with different municipal, utility, workplace and worker-qualification requirements. Quebec work must be confirmed against current operating eligibility, insurance, language support and crew qualifications before it is represented as available.
That is why Gatineau has an English area page and a small French entry section, rather than being treated as another Ottawa neighbourhood.
