Details that make the first review useful
Include the property address or at least the municipality, number of trees, approximate location on the property, what changed, desired outcome, access width, overhead lines and timing. Mention whether the tree may be shared with a neighbour or located on the road allowance.
Photos should be wide enough to show the full tree, nearby structures and access route. They help route the request but cannot confirm internal decay, root condition, ownership or a formal risk rating.
